Chile Leads the Latin Pack
Everyone’s talking about China. Don’t miss the opportunities in the other CHI..
Yes. Chile with an “LE” not “NA”
While the whole region is back in favor with investors, it seems appropriate to highlight Chile which is the economic star of Latin America.
Chile is about two times the size of Montana and has an incredible coastline of 2,650 miles. While only 3% of its land is arable, it has an amazing variety of climates and rich agricultural production. It gained its independence from Spain in 1810 and has 16 million citizens of which 90% are Catholic.
The Chile story is somewhat similar to Ireland before its economic takeoff. From 1978 to 1988, per capita income increased only $100 to reach $1,510.
Next, both a military government followed by democratically elected governments initiated market reforms and opened up the economy. Exports and foreign investment took off and debt levels came down. Foreign investors in Chile are treated the same as Chilean investors.
Chile’s Take Off and Steady Growth
From 1991-1998 economic growth increased an average of 8% and per capita income on a purchasing power basis has grown to $10,700. Since then growth has moderated to a 4-5% range but a total Chilean public and foreign debt at 50% of GDP is very low relative to other Latin countries.
Trade is very important to Chile with exports accounting for 25% of GDP. It is rich in natural resources (copper, timber, fruit and fish) and has been busy signing free trade agreements. A Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the US took effect in January 2004 and now 90% of Chile’s exports to the US enter duty free. After a similar trade pact with South Korea last year, exports rose 50%.
Current President Ricardo Lagos Escobar is under pressure to improve economic growth rates and bring down the stubbornly high 8% unemployment rate. On the positive side, inflation and interest rates are low at 2-3%. Chile has demonstrated fiscal discipline and enjoys both a trade surplus and a budget surplus.
How to Take Advantage
There are no country- specific ETF’s for Chile but there is the Chile Fund (CH) which is a closed-end fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management. It is up 53% over the past year, trades at a 7.7% discount to its net asset value and sports a 4.6% yield. Keep in mind that 19% of the fund is invested in just one copper company Empresas Copec S.A. and the annual fee is high at 1.80%.
Another alternative would be the iShares Latin America 40 (ILF) which invests in Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. It is up an eye opening 67% over the past twelve months with an annual fee of only 0.55%. Currently, 49% of this exchange-traded fund is invested in Brazil, 38% in Mexico, 10% in Chile and 3% in Argentina.
Interested investors might also consider the ADR for Banco Santander (SAN) which is an excellent bank and a good proxy for the overall economy. It is up 42% over the past year and up 11% so far this year. Banco Santander is one of the 30 companies in the Chartwell Global 30 Index which is an alternative to the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

How 5 Emotions Can Change Your Life
Experiencing strong emotions is not an uncommon experience. What is uncommon is applying these emotions to motivate you to change and grow.
Having said that, here are five emotional states that can change your life, if you take action on them: commitment, desire, disgust, decision and focus.
Commitment - If you are committed there is always a way, and usually more than one way. The key phrase here is if you are committed. Commitment in a relationship, exercise, career or achieving goals means that no matter what, I’m sticking, I’m seeing this through.
One of the nice things about commitment is that when you are committed to something, you seem to find your self involved with other committed people. The late singer-songwriter Harry Chapin once said “whether it’s to a cause, a relationship or something else, when you hang out with people who are committed you hang out with the folks with the live hearts, the live minds, the live eyes.”
Applied to marriage, this notion of commitment is much more than just being committed to not divorce. It’s the commitment that you will do everything in your power to make the relationship a great place to be.
Desire - How bad do you want to beat Edgewater!! my high school football coach screamed in my face as he caught me going a little too easy one day in practice. That one has stayed with me because he was right, the amount of desire I had that day was showing up in the actions I was choosing to take. Desire is reflected in your actions. Desire with little or no action is not worth much. So ask your self frequently, “how much do I want this?”
Disgust - Not typically an emotion associated with positive change. Or is it? Have you ever been disgusted with a situation, a relationship or yourself. Most of us have, of course. But have you ever been so disgusted that you were motivated to change no matter what? Being sick and tired of being sick and tired with a situation can be a fantastic motivator for change when you decide “no more, not again, not ever!”
Decision - The root word for decision is incision, which means to cut. So when you decide, I mean really decide, that something will be different in your life, you “cut off” any other possibility. And it’s reflected in your view of and attitude toward life. Bill Marriot, of Marriot Hotels said, “Failure? I’ve never encountered it. I just stumbled over a few temporary setbacks.” That’s decision in motion.
Focus - Each one of us is bombarded every day with hundreds of things trying to get our attention. Focus is an emotional state that pulls together commitment desire, disgust, and decision. When I see someone struggling with where they want to go, one of the first places I look is their power of focus. We tend to be pulled toward that which we focus on. Lack of focus usually equals lack of success and achievement. Focus on all the distractions pulling for your attention, you are not like ly to get where you want to go. Focus on where you want to go and you are likely to get there.
Commitment, desire, disgust, decision and focus.
Don’t just experience these emotional states, apply them to create the life you desire.

The Many Advantages of a Business Credit Card
Just as good credit is a necessity in our personal life, it’s essential when you own your own business as well. Big or small, every business needs to establish credit. If you are a new business, you need to begin building that credit history as soon as possible. Establishing your company’s first credit is now made easy when you apply for a business credit card.
The financial institutions understand more now than ever, how hard it is to get that first credit card. They have created a wide variety of offers to be sure that there is one that fits everyone’s financial needs. With the ease of the internet and easy online applications, there are some business credit card offers that will give you an answer within 60 seconds.
For a small or new business a credit card is especially important. With a business credit card you can keep track of and control your daily expenses. It can also help by adding to your cash flow, freeing up needed dollars at just the right time.
Another advantage of a business credit card is the larger line of credit, which can be as high as $50,000. The business credit card offers also include most of the same attractive features of a regular credit card. The extra incentives include 0% APR for up to 15 months, no annual fee cards, up to 5% cashback and travel rewards. In addition, there are airline business credit cards. These are especially handy if your company’s daily operations include a great deal of travel.
AMEX includes two business accounts alongside their business credit card offers. These special proposals for an American Express capital line, include a business line of credit from $10,000 to $100,000. They have secure online applications which makes applying quick and easy.
Business credit cards and business line of credit are a convenient way for companies to expand and run their daily operations. With this in mind, you need to also realize with these credit accounts come personal responsibility. As long as these accounts are maintained according to the terms of the issuing company, this could be the beginning of a long and trusting business relationship and can reflect positively on your company’s image.

Stammering Or Stuttering
Stammering or as it is sometimes known as stuttering is a form of speech impediment.
My name is Stephen Hill and I had a stammer for eighteen years. I went to various types of speech therapy which even though was of some use, never really offered me any hope of a “cure”.
At the age of twenty two, after a lot of hard work I managed to overcome the stammer and I now help other people to achieve fluency.
These are the types of situation that I found that I was most likely to stammer:
Ordering food and drink at a bar
Phone calls
Introducing people
Meeting new people
Talking when under pressure
Talking when tired or stressed
On my first day at senior school, all of the first year pupils were shown to their form room, including myself.
The teacher, who was to be our form teacher, introduced himself and welcomed us to the school.
He then said
“OK class, I have introduced myself. I don’t know any of you in here and most of you won’t know each other. So what I would like you first of all to do, is to stand up and tell me your name and which junior school you used to attend.”
He asked somebody on the front row to start, but because I was hiding at the back of the room, I would end up being one of the last people to speak. This was not a good thing as it meant I had a lot of time to worry about it.
When my time arrived to speak, I could not even get one word out, it was most humiliating.
This is one of many bad days I had during the time when stammering was ruining my life.

Top Ten Common Sense Rules for Fathers
There are a lot of sophisticated parenting theories
and techniques out there. Many of them are widely used
and treated as the gospel. But if you want to be an
effective father, you can skip most of them and
concentrate on common sense rules that have always
worked. They won’t always make you the most popular
Dad, but they’ll always be effective:
Rule #1 Expect a Great Deal From Your Kids
If your kids know that you expect a lot from them,
they’ll rise to the occasion. Everything from
saying please and thank-you, to efforts in school
or on the athletic field. If expectations are made
clear in a loving atmosphere, your kids will know
you think a lot of them. And when they know this,
they’ll respond.
Rule #2 Always Be Willing To Be Part of the Problem
When you’re convinced that someone in your family
is causing the problems and you’re blaming them
for it, you better realize that this problem won’t get better
until you accept that you’re making it worse by blaming.
It may feel good to blame, but it never improves anything.
Only love and acceptance will make a positive difference.
Rule #3 Know Your Child’s Life Intimately
It’s sad to see how many fathers know the stock market
more intimately than their own child. Get to know all you
can about your kids. Know what their favorite toys and
colors are, who their best friends are, who their heroes
are, etc. By showing interest, you’re showing you love them.
By not asking, you show that they’re not that important to you.
Rule #4 Say “No” to Your Kids
There’s an awful lot of stuff out there for kids
these days…and of course they want to have it
all. Kids who get almost everything they want
typically aren’t very happy kids. Kids learn discipline,
self-control, and how to delay gratification when they’re
told no by their parents. It may be a difficult struggle, but
saying no and meaning it will help you to have happy, healthy,
and cooperative kids.
Rule #5 Hitting or Spanking Your Kids Doesn’t Work
There are plenty of studies showing that kids who
are spanked have lower self-esteem. Spanking your
kids will also be likely to increase the very kinds of behaviors
that you’re spanking them for. As a father, do you really want
your child to be afraid of you?
Rule #6 Treat Your Partner Extremely Well
This is where your kids get their most important
information about relationships between their parents.
Make a great effort not to fight in front of the kids.
Remember to be kind more often than trying to be right.
Rule #7 Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Many parents spend time threatening their children
when their kids aren’t cooperating. But if you
don’t follow through on the consequences, you can
threaten till the cows come home. Your children
will learn to ignore the threats. They will
understand action. If certain privileges are taken
away because of their lack of cooperation, they’ll
learn very quickly that you mean business. Try
your best to align the consequences with the
action. ( “If you don’t clean your room in time,
you won’t have time for stories before bed.”)
Rule #8 Really Listen to Your Kids
Don’t just hear their words, but learn to
understand the meaning behind what they say as
well. “I’m picking my own clothes!” might mean that
your child wants more responsibility or
independence. Be able to reflect back what your
child says to you. If you want your child to
listen to you, you absolutely must listen to
her/him.
Rule #9 Give Your Kids Responsibility as They Grow
Older
When your kids are very young, perhaps they just
help make their beds in the morning and keep their
rooms clean. As they get older, add things to
their list. Tell them that this is how a family
works…everybody has certain things that they do.
If you do it when they’re young, it’s more likely
they’ll do it when they’re older. Don’t reward
them for things that should be expected of them.
Rule #10 Tell Your Kids They’re Great All the Time
It’s especially important to tell them this when
they’re not at their best. It’s easy to tell them
when things are going well! Make it a point to
tell them specifically what you think is great
about them. This will be more meaningful than
generalized praise.

How Do You Start Your Day
“Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces up, snow is exhilarating; there is no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.” –John Ruskin
As I mentioned in the introduction (which you should read if you haven’t already) lasting change is only realized when we work on both how we think and how we act. Many programs fail because they tackle only thought or only action. Often we try to compartmentalize and change just one area of our life. We might focus on communication or cholesterol or calories or cardio. However the areas of our life do not operate in a vacuum. Sure, we can maintain a compartmentalized change for a few weeks, months, or even years but ultimately we must change the other components of our life to create lasting change.
For this reason, you will see that the CYCL works back and forth between practical action steps and practical steps to change how we think. Today we will take a simple step toward changing our thought patterns. This very simple assignment can work wonders in your life. Imagine this scene with me:
Your alarm goes off and you struggle to get out of bed on time as the electronic beeping pierces your eardrum. Your first thought is “When is daylight savings?” How you would love the extra hour. With the realization that it just occurred a month ago, you stumble to your feet and head toward the shower. After showering and dressing you go downstairs to find your family at the breakfast table. “Good morning,” you say as enthusiastically as possible for 6:00 AM. You are greeted with a few moments of silence, then a half-hearted “hello” before everyone returns to his or her breakfast bowls and conversation. You grab a cup of coffee and a muffin to have on your way to work. While driving to work your cell phone rings. It is your best friend from college. After a cursory hello she breaks into an auctioneer ramble. “I’m really in a jam. My babysitter called and she is sick. Can you watch my kids tonight for thirty minutes while I run and pick up Jacob’s present?”
Always there for one another, you tell her you would be happy to watch Jacob before hanging up the phone. You get to work and find someone in your designated parking place. Frustrated, your “okay mood” is drastically deteriorating. You park near the back of the lot only to step into a wad of gum as you get out of the car. UGH, you think, it’s going to be one of those days.
You shuffle into the office, passing the receptionist. Normally she welcomes you with a cheerful greeting, but today she is busy taking notes while talking on the phone and doesn’t offer so much as a nod. You sigh again and trod to the meeting room.
Have you imagined this scene? Any idea what is missing? Two simple words: GOOD MORNING (backed by sincerity and enthusiasm).
The first thirty to sixty minutes of our day set the tone for the hours to come. Getting off to a cheerful start has a dramatic impact on how our day will flow.
Your Assignment
Let today be the last day that you have not said “good morning” to yourself and the last day that you begin your life on “auto-pilot.” Tomorrow when you awake, don’t jump into a crazy-pace and forget the crucial step of giving yourself a “morning hello.” Before you even get out of bed, take a few deep breaths and say “Good morning.” Run through your positive qualities. Say a quick prayer. Focus on your day ahead and imagine moving through it effortlessly. Research has shown that those who visualize their day beforehand have a much better success ratio than those who do not. Look in the mirror and smile. While showering, think of five things you are grateful for. While getting dressed, develop curiosity about the day. Try saying, “I know something wonderful will happen today … I can’t wait to see what it is.”
Try to spend at least three minutes each morning doing positive-thought activities. It might be awkward at first, but stick with it. Likewise, remember that you have a great impact on everyone around you especially in the morning. Breakfast is considered a vital physical component of getting our day off to a good start. Likewise, a positive morning routine is vital to getting our day off to a positive emotional start.
There is an interesting phenomenon that you will likely notice when recollecting your life or examining the lives of others with whom you are close. If we think the day is going to be “not so good,” we will likely be right. If we think the day will “be great,” we will likely be right. Our thoughts about what is to come act like a magnet thus the cliché “What we think about, we bring about.”
Take a moment to reflect on your morning thought patterns. Can you detect a correlation between your thoughts and what is happening in your life right now?
This program is about change changing our external environment, aligning our life with our priorities, and creating internal change to support the external. Feeling good about ourselves is a necessity for implementing any lasting change. When something makes us feel good we are much more likely to stick with it that is why it’s so important to focus not just on your external surroundings but on your internal approach as well.

How Safe Is the Atkins Diet?
The Atkins Diet Seems To Never Go Away
Fad diets come and go, but The Atkins Diet, a high-protein,
low-carbohydrate weight-loss plan, seems never to go away,
no matter how many medical professionals denounce it.
“Low-carb diets have been linked to increased frequency of
colon cancer, formation of kidney stones, kidney disease,
and even osteoporosis,” says Neal Barnard, MD, president of
the Physicians Commission for Responsible Medicine, a
nonprofit research group based in Washington. “The weight
loss you see in low-carb diets isn’t all that much better
than what you see in studies of low-fat, vegetarian diets.”
A Pretty Evil Weight Loss Diet
Putting it more bluntly is Kiku Collins-Trentylon, a sports
trainer in New York City, who says it’s “a pretty evil diet.
We all want to sit on our couches, eat nonstop, and have
perfect, sculpted bodies. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work
that way.”
Meat is the culprit in low-carb diet danger, says Barnard.
“The reason for the health worries is in large part due to
red meat,” he says. “People who eat meat every day have
three times greater risk of developing colon cancer. And
then there is the problem of the kidneys. They aren’t
designed to work on an oil slick of fat.”
Big, Fat, High Protein Controversy
In the summer of 2002, however, both Time magazine and The
Sunday New York Times Magazine have published
much-talked-about stories that say Atkins may not be as bad
for heart health as previously believed. These stories were
sparked in part by a recent study from researchers at Duke
University showing most people who ate a high-protein,
low-carb diet for six months lost 20 pounds.
That much was expected. What wasn’t expected was that the
researchers didn’t see strong evidence of the diet causing
any health problems. In fact, both LDL “bad” cholesterol and
HDL “good” cholesterol improved.
Low Carb Diet Can Produce Significant Weight Loss
The Duke study shows part of why the diet is so popular, it
can produce significant weight loss. It also produces it
without a lot of annoying calorie counting and the
irritability associated with diets.
Known for Easy Weight Loss
“You’re not as hungry as with other diets, and that is a
really good thing,” says Jenny Anderson, an Internet
consultant from Mamaroneck, N.Y., who is on the diet. “That
makes it easier to stay on it. So does seeing results fairly
quickly. One bad thing is that it forbids caffeine, and I
had a lot of bad headaches from coffee withdrawal.”
Another drawback to the low-carb diet is its severely
limited menu options.
“At first, eggs and bacon in butter for breakfast every day
is fun, but day after day of only meat and fat at every meal
can get tiresome,” says Anderson.
So therein lies the controversy. On one hand you have lots
of stories of significant weight loss on a relatively
user-friendly diet. On the other, you have dietitians and
nutritionists who maintain that the weight loss produced is
short-term and can threaten a person’s overall health,
despite the fact that the weight loss itself may have the
beneficial effect of lowering cholesterol.
Who is right? Maybe both sides. It provides weight loss at a
very high cost to overall health, or at least that has been
the prevailing medical opinion.
Low Carbohydrate Diet May Not Be As Bad As We Thought
“There have been reports in the medical literature that say
that this low-carb diet may not be as bad as we thought,”
says Susan Barr, registered dietitian in New York City.
“That makes people interested again in this diet, but until
there is more research on what stresses the diet places on
the body, there is no way to know what it might be doing
besides providing short-term weight loss.

Fashion and the Fisherman.
The one thing I have always enjoyed about fishing is that you
rarely see anyone wearing a tie.
I suppose there is the occasional urban lunchtime warrior who
might race from his cubicle to the Hudson river to get a few
casts in for some glow-in-the-dark fish, but ties are certainly
not the norm when it comes to suiting up for a days fishing on
the river.
When it comes to high fashion in the fishing world, a button up
fast drying high tech shirt is about as close to fashionable as
it gets.Unless of course you count the plaid jacket!!
As it is, I can’t quite figure out the purpose of the necktie
anyway.
Who in their right mind would come up with a part of the male
wardrobe to wrap around your neck, and then cinch it up tight,
and consider this a vital part of the function of clothing.
For Gods sake, this is what they would do to condemned men just
before they drop the floor out from under them, to create a
rather discomforting constriction about the windpipe and neck.
I could understand it if the tie somehow held all our other
clothes up,like a belt, keeping our clothes from dropping to our
ankles in a useless gathering of cloth. As far as I know there
has also never been an instance of a tie keeping a shirt in tact
in high winds.
It’s obvious the tie was invented by our female counterparts,
and is the ultimate payback for all our manly sins that we
commit everyday. I am sure it was produced under the guise of
“fashion” at some point, with some weak feeble argument that a
“gentleman” should always don a noose around his neck-lest he
become a barbarian!!
Other parts of the wardrobe I understand.
Shoes?
I understand shoes. They were developed to help protect our feet
from the hostile environment of thistles, weeds, pavement, and hot
coffee spills. Shoes make sense
Socks?
Protection from shoe rub and sneaky thistles approaching from
ankle height.
Pants?
Well, outside of not developing them with an expandable
waistband, pants have proven beneficial in adding warmth, again
providing protection from yet even higher thistles and stickers,
keeping the suns harmful rays off of pasty white anglo legs, and
protecting us from hot coffee spills. As an added benefit, they
also protect our eyes from viewing knobby knees and senior
citizens who might otherwise have been walking around in black
socks, Florisheims, and a loin cloth had pants not been invented.
Underwear?
The jury is still out on this benefit–BUTT– we will give
underwear the benefit of the doubt.
Shirts?
Again, sun protection, warmth in the winter, and a place to hide
those man breasts and ape like features we men have worked hard
to develop. Keeps ketchup and mustard off our bellys also.
Hat?
We all know where the heat is going to escape. A brilliant
invention and very much like the thermos–it keeps you warm, it
keeps you cool, how does it know???
Coats, gloves, vests, belts, boots–hell– even chaps, all seem to
have a function behind them.
But the tie?
Unless it was developed for men to have a permanently available
napkin, or snot rag—I see no purpose.
Actually, you could make the argument that fishermen are the
only men that SHOULD wear ties. As long as they were made of
sheeps wool, the flyfisherman could use the “fuzzy tie” to have
even a greater drying pad to keep his caddis, royal coachman,
and brindle bugs handy and at the ready for quick pattern change
out.
But enough about the tie.
Fashion, as a general rule has escaped the fishing world.
This is a world where despite the efforts of Orvis and L.L.
Bean, plaid is still the king, the t-shirt is still considered
standard issue and drab greens and brown tones rule the day.
Thank goodness, because I know the day is coming -when the Gods
of fashion will begin to turn the fishing world upside down with
trendy nouveau styles and colors.
Before long, tall, emaciated, high cheek boned beauties will be
“walking the runway”, in Jordache waders showing us the latest
designs of, breathable yet flattering river wear, in
purple,yellow, floral and …….dare I say it….TAUPE!!
Especially since more and more women are taking up the sport of
flyfishing, can high fashion be far behind??
I’m not sure you can feel like a snappy dresser with fish
guts, bait, and slime all over you, but maybe with a diamond
encrusted net dangling from your hip you will feel properly
accessorized for an elegant evening on the river.
The fishing world has already come a long way when it comes to
fashion–or should I say style.Once upon a time, most fisherman
looked more like deck hands, wearing rubber waders with big
oversized boots at the bottom. You would slip these over your
jeans and big thick wooly socks and if was cold, that red and
black checkered jacket would keep you warm.It also helped to
hide the tobacco juice stains you would invariably always spit
on yourself while fishing. It basically was one size fits
all–and you couldn’t tell if a person was 270 pounds or 140
pounds under the rubber–everyone looked 270 pounds.
Today neoprene and lightweight high tech shredded milk carton
shirts are being seen more and more, and the fishing vest has
more cubbies and pockets than a colony of Kangaroos.
And they look good on the cover of magazines to boot!!
Speaking of boots.
I remember my first wading boots were basically the same boots I
wore to muck out manholes when I worked for the telephone
company. Now, they look more like “Hush Puppies” and I’m not so
sure I wouldn’t be proud to wear them into the office.
I suppose the day is coming when neoprene waders will be made to
look like tuxedos or Armani suits–so we can really look like
gentlemen out there. That might not actually be a bad idea, I
for one could see the benefit in that–especially if the wedding
ceremony runs into the evening hatch–one could still make it
out to the river and save some valuable time avoiding “change
time”.
All in all, it doesn’t really matter to me if some style
continues to creep into the fishing world, but if they start
making the “river tie”–I’m taking up Golf!

Know the Danger of Coffee Enemas Procedures
Knowing the possible Danger of Coffee Enemas procedures could
have before you perform them can eliminate any risks involved.
Although the Coffee Enemas are an increasingly popular way to
rid your body of toxins, you need to know all you can about them
before undertaking one to ensure you perform them safely.
So before you decide to take part in any process that introduces
materials into your body, the first thing you want to do is to
find out all you can. Do as much research as possible on Coffee
Enemas and be sure to speak with your primary care provider.
Knowing all the necessary information and following all
precautions will eliminate any potential danger of Coffee Enemas
procedures.
Also, be sure to use an all-natural, organic coffee blend
designed specifically for Coffee Enemas. Don’t use commercial
coffee blends or decaffeinated coffee. Commercial blends can be
dangerous, so stick with a good organic blend for enema use.
The biggest Danger of Coffee Enemas is associated with the
material itself: coffee. The majority of individuals injured
while performing an enema using coffee simply used the liquid
before it had time to properly cool. Using coffee that is too
hot can cause great injury to both your anus and your intestinal
tract, leaving you in great pain due to potentially dangerous
burns. You should carefully test the temperature of coffee or
any liquid you choose to use as an enema to ensure it is not hot
enough to cause injury.
Another Danger of Coffee Enemas or any type of enema is
associated with the equipment used. Be sure to purchase an enema
bag or bucket with a soft tip to insert the tube into your
rectum. Using a hard or rigid tip can potentially cause tearing
or other problems that can lead to complications at a later
date. Only use items designated for use as enema devices and
ensure the tubes, tips, and everything else are completely clean
and free of any harmful bacteria.
Some individuals claim the Danger of Coffee Enemas procedures
involves the coffee itself. Since the liquid contains
caffeine-decaffeinated coffee will not have the same effects and
should not be used as liquid for enema procedures. Some
individuals claim that people who use Coffee Enemas can become
addicted to the substance just as if they were orally consuming
the liquid. Also, individuals who have been advised to avoid
caffeine, including pregnant women, should avoid Coffee Enemas
since the caffeine level is magnified due to the method of
consumption.
The main Danger of Coffee Enemas is in the frequency. Although
many individuals choose to participate in Coffee Enemas on a
daily basis, you should know your limit when it comes to putting
coffee into your body. Speak with your doctor to determine the
proper frequency of engaging in Coffee Enemas.
