Do You Have a Stronger Opportunity of Winning the Lotto Draw if You Belong to a Lottery Syndicate or Do You Have to Bank on Your Individual Lottery Numbers?
A Huge amount of individuals each week choose to use the same lotto numbers; quite often these are memorable dates in history, which in some countries will only cover part of any possible lotto selections.
Is it Possible to crack the code applying your own extraordinary strategy or trust on an elottery syndicate to decide them on your behalf? We unrealistically believe that if we do not do something or sometimes do it the wrong way that something bad might happen, in that case; if we miss doing our numbers they are sure to come up!
Being the person to decide on the lottery winning numbers is by nature something each and every committed lottery player wants to do and as humans, we have a natural bias against anything random, we like some form of control and patterns that make sense to us.
Just because a lotto number seems to come up more often; that does not mean to say it will come up again! It’s virtually impossible to choose any set of lottery numbers that are likely to win. All lotteries are a game of chance and each and every lotto number picked is purely at random. So the upshot is - no one number is more random than the next.
If you look at the rules of probability, as one number is picked the likelihood of your chosen number being picked next is slightly increased purely because the possible choice is reduced.
Utilizing the same numbers will mean you would have to play 135,000 times to even have an evens chance of winning. Unfortunately, to win the lottery jackpot you will just have approximately a 1 in 14 million chance of being successful; nevertheless we all reckon it could be us. Does that sound like a good prospect; would you be better off joining a lottery syndicate?
If you decide on the same lottery numbers each week, just remember they are however random lotto numbers and you stand just as much a probability of winning with those same lotto numbers as with a lucky dip selection. Still, if you use birthday numbers in a lotto draw your particular chances of winning the lottery jackpot still remain the same but likewise your particular prospect of keeping the jackpot to yourself is significantly reduced because so many other players employ birthday numbers in their choices.

The New DW718 Mitre Saw
I acquired the new DeWalt DW718 mitre saw to replace my old Makita saw. I have had a Makita compound slider saw for many years and have used it at length. The limited capacity and lack of a laser alignment sight were heavy downsides. I did not want to purchase a new mitre saw until now because not one of the newer saws had seemed that much of an improvement.
I was pleased to see that the new DW718 simply fitted my existing workstation and the table height was precisely the same. All I had to do was take away the old saw, align the fence of the DW718 to the fence on the extension wings of the workstation and bolt it down. First, the standard of the saw, detents, table and overall build quality was fantastic.
The DW718 is noticeably quieter than my older direct drive saw. The saw brake stops the blade quickly and the blade guard returns quickly as one expects. Both are important security features that work as they should. The standard carbide blade cut smoothly and was miles better than I was expecting for the supplied blade.
I have replaced the blade with a high spec one but will use the original supplied blade when cutting probably damaging material. The sole negative thing I have found about the saw is the dust collection system. Most mitre saws, due to their capability to be set at many angles, do a poor job of picking up saw dust. My older saw was one of the better ones, but the new DW718 does a particularly poor job of picking up saw dust.
I had to make little tweaks to the red angle indicator arrows and the mitre detent bar. The adjustments took five mins and were simple to do. The laser system is a genuine winner, and its illumination of the complete cut range of the saw, both vertically and horizontal, is glorious. The laser will be a genuine timesaver as well as enhancing the accuracy of my cuts, particularly with cutting miters and bevels. It works off the saw’s power system and will work even if the saw isn’t triggered. I did not find any problem with blade or head deflection. The slide works extremely smoothly and the large horizontal handle is a pleasant feature. The mitre and bevel adjustments are simple to make and the detents snap into place strongly.
Aside from that problem, the saw is a definite improvement.

I’ll offer a few wig shopping considerations a shopper can implement yourself. It’s no contest the best wigs are human hair wigs. They are roughly three times pricier compared to the others with good reason. They are so much more valued by their wearers! I definitely endorse them. But given cash restraints, synthesized hair can be a good option and worth your deliberation.
Personally, I opt for the natural human hair wigs for several reasons. They won’t be damaged by heat like synthetics and they feel better. Plus, my husband likes the natural feel, too.
Either way, take your time to pick a women’s wig that suits you, so you can enjoy it confidently! Regain your confidence, but even more important, be confident with it on. As is the case for any accessory, your choice of wig enhances your style.

Robotic Camels; Think Tank Discussion
Recently our Think Tank was discussing robotic camels and how cool they are. It is amazing that robotics has come so far. The Japanese have a robot, which can run without falling over and now a Swiss Firm is making a Camel Riders, which can be used to race camels which is a big thing in the Middle East. Isn’t that something?
One of our members Swift found after doing some research that the country of Qatar has enlisted the Swiss firm K-Team to create robotic camel jockeys. A human Camel Jockey like a Race Horse Jockey must be small and lightweight to give the Camel a competitive edge. But it is often hard to find skillful young people who can do this. There was some abuse as some of the racing groups have gone to South Asia and Africa to borrow children for use in this sport. It’s angered some folks, so they have turned to 35 pound robotic child jockeys. This is just one way robots are helping the human race and preventing kidnapping and eventually they may have robotic camels, too.
This was getting to be a lively topic at our think tank as I always thought Robot Wars was a good way to stop cock fighting, that seems mean to animals. Kind of cruel thing and with bird flu coming the last thing you want is bleeding chickens all over the place. If all these birds are culled, maybe that sport might stop. Although you never know with robotics, some one might create robotic chickens to fight; maybe the size of Big Bird?
Of course in the Middle East with all the fighting going on, the last thing you would want is a robot on a camel. Swift said that could be used as a weapon to attack coalition troops or God forbid a Hotel or Bus full of innocent civilians in a murderous and senseless act.
I cannot imagine the problems with something like that; a camel bomb? Talk about cruelty to animals, that is disgusting; although in the Russians attempted to use dogs in wartime, but when they got close to their targets sometimes the gunfire would scare them and they would run back and blow up and kill their masters instead. Dolphins have been used in wartime, but just to plant the detonation device and swim safely away. Apparently the United States has more noble sentiments towards animals than other cultures?
Swift told the Think Tank, what if one of these raced into an Iraqi Complex or Hotel in the Middle East and take the place out–homicidal camels. No one would be suspicious if several hundred entered a city and just took the entire place out. They might just think it was a race they’d not heard about. Camels move in kind of a stiff manner, so that wouldn’t be very difficult to replicate that kind of movement in a robotic version. People could be captured, then, or the jockey could yell “yahoo” and annihilate the place.
It appears to me that we may see more and more animals used in conjunction with robots. One recent researcher had figured out a way to put a surveillance camera on top of a turtle and if it went the wrong way the device vibrated and was unpleasant to the “Desert Turtle” causing it to go the intended direction and then take full motion video feed or digital pictures it would send wirelessly. Could even be used to search for Earthquake victims.
Swift indicated that there is a fish called the stargazer that would also make an interesting robotic survellience system. Which could be used in place of a fully robotic AUV Autonomous Underwater Vehicle. The fish It lies in the bottom of water sources and looks a lot like a death mask. It explodes vertically out of its lair and grabs fish, but might also rest on the bottom of a river and guard it and then come up for pictures if someone tried to cross or in wartime take out the infiltrating enemy, as it would be safer than landmines, which lay there for years after a war until some poor civilian trips the device and blows off a limb. The device would have a positioning GPS and could be detonated after the war or picked up. The robot could do the same thing as the evolved organic fish, but come out of the water and react like a heat seeking missile taking out warm blooded people as it moved parallel to the surface of the river.
I suppose like a flying MAV Micro-Air Vehicle “Pigeon” single mission bomb maybe used someday. Or maybe to fly in undetected as a fake robotic bird and take pictures. One problem with using robotic camels is they sound expensive to make and what about roadside bombs taking out your camel? Ah ha, A Trojan Camel indeed, maybe I read too much history, but it could work. The fish idea is totally interesting and could also be inflatable and blow up into a balloon and then go into the air for surveillance. I had designed a robotic manta ray like that or at least did some drawings and figured out the costs.
Swift said that there’s also an eel called the snake ell that is found in the area of Indonesia. It burrows into the volcanic sands so that only it’s head is sticking out of the water. Perhaps you might have seen it on the Science, Discovery or Animal Channel? This could be used to spy on China and Southeast Asia, because they have over 2000 industrial spies in our country already looking for military contractor secrets.
Since the eel is a predator, if someone saw one, they surely would not be approaching it, so it would be easy to keep it in an area without being disturbed. Both of these creatures are very primitive looking so would be easy to design. Both of these are found in the Lembeh Strait by Indonesia and live among the coral reefs there. There’s also a mantis shrimp that have complex stalk eyes that offer an almost 360 degree view.
I thought this was an innovative idea and the eel idea is easy to build using polymer muscles and could be beneficial. The 360-vision is generally an attribute of a prey species, not a predator species. But if people were scared of it, it would keep them away, wouldn’t it? Maybe it could shock anyone who got close too? Robotic Animals, fish and birds are fast approaching us and the wildlife generally ignore them, but are often curious; wondering what is this thing anyway? Think on these robotic topics.

Orange Unveils its Fifth Digital Media Index
The recently unveiled fifth Digital Media Index of mobile and internet provider Orange threw up some startling stats. According to the data, the number of dongle subscribers for Orange has gone up by a massive 504 percent, which shows why so many operators are pinning their hopes on mobile broadband as the technology of the future.
This increase, analysts say, is due to mobile broadband’s appeal in terms of flexibility and ease of use (click for info on pay as you go mobile internet), which has the existing costumers hooked on and is attracting more and more of them everyday.
With the increase in the number of subscriptions also came an increase in data usage, which jumped by no less then 4,125 percent. Orange customers’ data usage for mobile broadband now stands at an average 386 terabytes per month. This huge increase within a span of twelve months has taken the number of Orange customers using a dongle or a 3G enabled device to 3.8 million.
Paul Jevon, who is the product, portals and services director at Orange commented on the figures revealed by the Digital Media Index by saying that the mobile data era has clearly been ushered in. He pointed out that costumers are thoroughly enjoying the high quality internet service that mobile broadband has to offer.
Jevon predicts that with an increasing number of mobile applications being launched each month and laptops with embedded connectivity becoming available, there would be an even faster increase in mobile broadband uptake in the months to come.

Today’s Advanced Laptop vs. the Desktop PC
The performance, capabilities and performance of laptop computers have for many years been lagging behind the desktop, but all that is changing.
Today’s advanced laptop computers are noted as having equal capabilities as modern desktop PCs, although there is often a noticeable time delay for the top models. Over the past decade, the difference in processing power and performance between laptop computers and desktop PCs has narrowed considerably.
At the beginning of 1995, the difference was around three to six months. Customers today insist that their laptops have similar capabilities and specifications as their desktop and also demand more features and processing power. In other words they want the things that make mobile computing painless and hassle-free. As well as becoming a replacement for a desktop PC the advanced laptop computer should provide the same flexibility in configurations and expandability.
A fully featured laptop uses advanced technologies such as mobile Pentium, PCI, plug and play, lithium-ion batteries, and hot docking to give users the same capabilities as their desktop computers. As users became familiar with their laptops they demanded that their mobile computers have the same functionality as their desktops. Thus began the emergence of ever more faster processors, high resolution wide-screen displays, bigger hard drives and multiple external devices.
The advanced laptop computer of today features capabilities such as instant-on. Instant-on is a feature that allows users to put their laptop into a power-conserving state and later resume working exactly where they left off. Advanced laptop computers focus on size, power, compatibility and performance. Some of the main objectives of advanced laptop manufacturers are power management, performance and compatibility. These manufacturers are fully aware that their customers expect their products to not require frequent recharging. Power consumption must be managed wisely, otherwise the heat generated by the components could affect reliability, functionality and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Their products are also expected to achieve other goals, such as reliability, quality and user convenience.
The keyboard controller of an advanced laptop performs many tasks so that the Pentium CPU can remain focused on compatibility and performance. Some of the tasks performed by the keyboard controller are - keyboard scanning, support for three PS/2 ports, status panel control, battery charging and low-voltage monitoring, communication and tutoring, temperature sensing and thermal feedback control, docking station control and power on/off control.
Because of the highly complex jobs it has to undertake, the keyboard controller of a laptop computer is based on flash memory so that the programming can be altered in the field as well as the EEPROM and system BIOS.
The next decade could well see laptop development overtaking that of the desktop PC.

Dealing With Grief and Loss - How to Mend a Broken Heart
What is it about Grief & Loss that upsets us so much? Is it the heavy duty emoting that we have to do to get through our suffering? Is it the fear we have about opening ourselves to all this pain? Because, let’s face it, it’s hard down there, in the land of grieving where all those emotions toss us around like a cork on a stormy sea.
We understand that this is necessary, at a surface level, but how we are feeling is what really counts. In that place we call Grief & Loss, is where pain dominates our life and where suffering is the paramount teacher. This is really difficult, and we know it only too well at times like these. We go there because we have to, but we try hard to escape, as soon as possible.
What is necessary now to get through to the end of this process? Is it simply a matter of toughing it out, or, do we have to dredge and dig and pummel ourselves along the way? It’s hard to be sure what we must do at such times.
All those Gurus that say “do it this way or that way,” are they capable of handling it themselves? As a survivor, going through grief, I would want to know that, wouldn’t you? The essence of false advertising is “never having been there yourself,” is it not? Absolutely, this we all know without a doubt.
So what do we require then to move through this landscape called Grief & Loss? We seem to know this at some level, don’t we? We seem to know that deep down where our sorrows dwell, there is an inescapable reality. We have to feel this. Oh yes, it’s an ugly fact, but true nevertheless. We have to feel this pain in order to exorcise it from our bodies. Yes, we have to feel it, so we can learn that this too is survivable. Isn’t that the most important thing in all such activities - to know where you are at in your own heart when you finally get to the truth?
This truth I talk about is your truth, that feeling in your gut when you know you are right. Since this is your truth, then only You can determine its validity for yourself. No guru can ever take you there. Because deep down, this is your “house,” your well-spring of creative experience. What happens here defines your life, tells you who you are and, right now, what you have to suffer at times of grief and loss.
To some that may seem sad though, to arrive in this “feeling” place where grief has brought you. But is it really? Perhaps it’s a better thing than you imagined, this place where truth resides within. Perhaps it’s more than you ever bargained for. Sure, grief brought you here, but what else goes on in this place of tender emotion? How about looking around, since you’re already here?
These are your life lessons after all, to have and to hold, until your truths can be borne. How could you ever have a guru do that for you? No such luck! You have to do it yourself. But what a fantastic opportunity to get to know yourself better, to live deep inside your own heart and soul while this grieving process goes on around you.
Let me assure you that you will survive. You will overcome these tragic effects. Because there is truth in there where you live. And that truth will take you somewhere important - for you! This is Your Truth, remember, and only you can assess, experience and benefit from the effects it will have upon you.
So do it! Allow yourself to descend to where it hurts and find out for yourself what this experience of grief and loss is, and what it can teach you that might correct your misperceptions about Life, Love & Purpose. Yes, you have access to the truth, just as I do, just as we all do. As these lessons arrive, they are yours for the taking. We all get them. Grief and Loss are but one more avenue to help us get to our very own Truth. Yes, the suffering will eventually pass, but the Truth - well, that’s forever!

Immunohisto Chemistry Breakthroughs Offer Provides Clues in Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM)
Malignant mesothelioma is a unusual and fast moving growth where no successful treatment has been discovered even with the discovery of many possible molecular and genetic targets. The final stages of Malignant pleural mesothelioma diagnosis and the long latency that between exposures and diagnosis have made it difficult to comprehensively evaluate the role of risk factors and the insuing molecular effects.
A lot of medical centers are beginning to see increasing numbers of people with malignant mesothelioma. This presents pathologists involved in making the diagnosis with a number of problems, that are separated into those encountered in making the distinction between cancer of the mesothelium and benign changes and those experienced in setting apart cancer of the mesothelium from other types of epithelial and tissue tumors that connect. Immunohistochemistry is a major factor in making the diagnosis, however, it should be understood with regards to the medical setting and radiological characteristics, and with an understanding of the extensive morphological variations existing in mesothelioma.
Malignant mesothelioma is a primary cancer of the serosal cavities, an anatomic area that is often affected by metastatic disease, mostly from primary carcinomas of the ovary, lung and breast. Developments in immunohistochemistry have resulted in improvement in diagnostic sensitivity and cancer of the mesothelium in regards to histological and cytological material. As of late, the authors group applied increased levels of throughput technology to the classification of new markers that might assist in differentiating mesothelioma from ovarian and peritoneal serous carcinoma, tumors with closely related histogenesis and antigenic profile. Together with the improved medical devices obtainable for serosal carcinoma diagnosis, realizing the biology of malignant mesothelioma has been accruing as of late.
